This is the perfect place to start! This is a 30-minute Zoom chat where you get to take a look around so to speak, get to know us, get a vibe/feel for our coaching style, and ask any questions. From being curious about the coaching experience to golf mental game updates, or even an existential crisis, let's chat! BLHW offers health and wellness/life coaching and personalized yoga programming for individuals and couples. Note - This consult is a pre-requisite for any 90-day coaching program. The consultation fee is non-refundable but will be applied to any program or coaching purchase.
