Service Description

Private coaching for 12 sessions (up to an hour) that is at your pace to be used within 1 year of the purchase investment. Invest & select your first day of coaching. During your first session, we will collaborate on your goals, health and wellness assessment, intentions, accountability, support needed, and a schedule that works for you.
