Service Description

Coaching, support, and accountability are provided for a period of 2 weeks with our gentle, 2-week elimination detox. This is great for someone who is short on time and wants to make a dramatic shift towards eating healthier and learn which foods are causing unnecessary stress from digestive stress. Clients report reduced bloating in the midsection while learning which specific foods cause bloating and digestive issues. -Offer includes 3 individual coaching sessions (up to an hour, 1 at the start of the program, 1 in the middle, and 1 at the end of the 2-week program); daily support and accountability for 14-days through text, professional individualized programming, detox packet, recipes). Food not included.
